AUCTION SOLVED'S "BUY FOR YOU" PROGRAM

Buying items, whether new or used on the internet, is a great way to pay less than retail, and to purchase hard to find items, such as antiques, rare collectibles, and original art.  So why doesn’t everyone buy things off of the internet?  We hear all the time from our customers that they just do not have the time to search through the hundreds of thousands of products online to find the item that perfectly fits their needs.  Some of our customers do not feel comfortable putting their credit card information onto the internet, or just feel overwhelmed by the idea of shopping on the web in general. Do some of these same issues keep you from utilizing websites or auction sites to purchase items?  We can solve all of these issues for you at Auction Solved, with our new “Buy For You” program.

The program is exactly as it sounds.  We search the internet and buy items so you don’t have to, saving you time and money.  We even provide an alternate method of paying, so your credit card information is never put on the internet.

Here’s how it works:

·         You contact us with the product you wish to purchase.
     o   The product description can be as general or as specific as you wish.  If you give a general description, you are allowing Auction Solved to make decisions concerning which product would best fit your needs.

·         You pay us for merchandise and shipping before we purchase the item.
     o   3% is added for credit card purchases
     o   You have the option to pay us with cash or check

·         You pick up the product at one of our two office locations.
    o   You may also pay to have it shipped to you (allowing our customers who live outside of the Illinois/Iowa area to take advantage of the program)

Payment Options Include:

·         Purchase an Internet Buying Club Membership for $14.99 a month
     o   Entitles bearer to 2 purchases a month regardless of purchase price
     o   Each additional purchase has a flat rate of $9.99
     o   Minimum commitment of six months

·         Pay a one-time fee based on the purchase price of the item

RETURN POLICY:
We will take returns on any purchases on the "Buy For You" program within a 14-day period.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns that are not defective.  Any defective merchandise must be returned to us within 3-days of purchase and we will arrange for an exchange with the online vendor (restocking fee does not apply to defective merchandise).
