The AuctionSolved process is, well, easy. We sell your
item then send you a check. Ok, so it’s a little
more involved than that. It’s actually a pretty complicated
ordeal. Here’s what happens behind the scenes:

An item gets dropped off
at one of our
two locations.

We professionally photograph the item,
write an
appealing description, and create a unique online
page using our unique AuctionSolved template
before listing it on eBay.

We fully manage the auction by responding to
customer
questions and ensuring the item sells for the
maximum price. Upon sale of the item,
we administer payment collection and shipping, as
well as any returns.

Your check arrives in the mail! Our
commissions and fees are taken out beforehand so
that when you get the money, it’s all yours.
